We are delighted to announce a collaboration between St. Elizabeth Hospital and the vibrant community of Barangay Lagao. As part of this community engagement effort, we have established a rotation system for the Department of Pediatrics designed to ensure consistent and accessible pediatric care for all children in their neighborhood.  These activities may include pediatric health screenings, immunization campaigns, health education sessions for parents, nutrition programs, and addressing common childhood illnesses.

By working together, we can empower the children to lead healthier lives, promote their well-being, and contribute to building a healthier community overall.  Interestingly, this initiative will also be replicated for St. Elizabeth Hospital’s other residency programs such as Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Surgery.

Gracing this collaboration are SEHI’s Chief of Clinics and Pediatrics Department Chair Dr. Ma. Helena Veneracion-Garcia, Pediatrics Department Training Officer Dr. Maria Christina Domingo, Dr. Elma Escovidal, Dr. May Valencia, Brgy. Lagao Captain Hon. Rolito Blando, and Brgy. Lagao Medical Officer Dr. Megan Domingo.
