Metro Pacific Health (MPH) Chief Transformation Officer, Provincial Cluster Head, and President of the Mindanao hospitals, Mr. Oslec Lopez said, “All our successes and in all our initiatives, with small or big challenges, are based on the foundation of People, Process, and Design.” SEHI’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Antonio Veneracion acknowledged the importance of focusing on the patient and their experience in healthcare.
